beach side of 30A in a gated community of eight exclusive homes. Only 230 steps from the
house to the beach by private deeded access, it is convenient to the nearby bike path, shops,
restaurants, special activities and live jazz concerts at Gulf Place, Seaside and Watercolor communities. Located in Santa Rosa Beach , Florida within minutes of Destin, Grayton Beach,South Walton, Beach and Sunrise Beach.
This beautiful six-month old home has 3 floors of living area with 10-foot ceilings and a 4th
floor observation tower with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground floor has a ceramic-tiled central
hall that leads to the fenced back yard, patio area and private kidney-shaped gunite pool.
Also located on the ground floor are three bedrooms (two with queen-sized beds and one with a full-sized futon sofa/bed)
with wall-to-wall carpet and two tiled full baths. The door from the interior of the house to the back yard pool area has a
built-in child protection alarm that sounds when this door is opened.
The 2nd floor features hardwood floors, a spacious
great room with entertainment system (DVD, Stereo, CD player and TV), sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs and a separate
dining area. The open kitchen features granite counter tops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher,
refrigerator, microwave) and white cabinets with glass fronts. This floor also has a bedroom with wall-to-wall carpet and
bunk beds that will sleep 4, a half bath and a laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer. A French door leads to the 2nd
floor covered deck overlooking the pool and back yard.
The 3rd floor hall and bedrooms are carpeted. This floor features
a large master bedroom with king-sized bed and adjoining full bath and French doors to the 3rd floor covered porch overlooking
the pool and back yard. There is also a second bedroom on this floor with a queen-sized bed and a French door to the covered
porch in addition to a full tiled bath off the hallway.
The 4th floor features a roof top observation porch overlooking
the Gulf of Mexico from which you will enjoy watching the sun set over the ocean at the end of each day.
Parking accommodations are for 4 cars. The back yard includes a charcoal grill, patio table with umbrella, a hammock,
pool chairs for sunbathing and relaxing and floats for the pool. There is an enclosed outside shower located on the
side of the house for rinsing off sand before entering the pool or house.
We picked this house because of quality of construction and close proximity to the beach by private deeded access

There is something to delight everyone in this beautifully designed and decorated five bedroom Caribbean style beach home with four full bathrooms, 10 foot ceilings throughout and almost 3,000 square feet. The home is very private and in a gated subdivision, yet very close to the Gulf of Mexico - about 250 steps and you are on the beach. It is also convenient to the new shops and restaurants at Gulf Place, and is in the center of just about everything. It is just minutes from the various activities at San Destin and the Seaside and Watercolor communities.
When you walk in the front door, you can glimpse the beautiful Fenced backyard, the swimming pool and the patio. The door from the interior of the house to the back yard pool area has a built-in child protection alarm that sounds when this door is opened. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One with a queen size bed and the other a bunk room designed to delight the kids. It includes two bunk beds with full sized futons on the bottom, television, Sego, VCR, a hand painted wall mural and an in-room sink. A full bath and a full sized laundry room make up the remainder of the first floor.
The second floor features a spacious kitchen(with separate dining area) and great room with a 46" LCD television, cable TV, wireless internet access, surround sound, a DVD and a VCR. Also on the second floor are a full bathroom and a bedroom with a trundle bed. The entire second floor is tiled.
The open kitchen has many conveniences and a separate dining area. French doors lead to a large balcony that overlooks the pool and backyard, and has a view of the Gulf. This balcony has tables and chairs and is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. There are games, books and movies provided for guest to enjoy.
The third floor has two suites each with a king size bed and its own private bath. The master suit features a Gulf view, a whirlpool bath and a separate tiled shower. Each suite has a door that leads out to a spacious third floor balcony. Both suites have hardwood floors.
Stairs from the third floor lead to a rooftop tower that provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, and is a great place to sit and enjoy the glorious sunsets.
Parking accommodations are for four cars. The back yard includes a charcoal grill, patio table with umbrella, patio chairs and an outside shower for rinsing off before entering the house or pool.
