It is located in Santa Rosa Beach and from the intersection of Hwy. C-30A and Hwy. 98 go 3.9 miles east on Hwy. C-30A and turn right on S. Spooky Lane. Then take the first gated entrance on the left which is the entrance to this development.#25 and #15 will be on the right.

FROM FORT WALTON BEACH- WEST:
Travel Hwy. 98 east through Destin and Sandestin. Continue east on Hwy. 98 approximately 3 miles past Sandestin Resort. Turn right on Hwy. C-30A. Go 3.9 mile east and turn right on S. Spooky Lane. Then turn left at the first gated entrance. #25 & #15 will be on the right.

FROM PANAMA CITY BEACH- EAST: From Panama City travel Hwy. 98- west. Continue west on Hwy. 98 for approximately 18 miles past the Walton County line and turn left on CR- 283. Go straight about 2miles to the 4 way stop and turn right onto Hwy.C-30A going west and proceed about 5 miles and turn left onto S. Spooky Lane. Turn left at the first gated entrance. #25 and #15 will be on the right.
