Cancellations and Refunds
Rental deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee for cancellations ONLY if the property re-rents with no lost
time OR revenue. Cancellations for early departures for any reason (including weather) do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Deposits
$1000- Spring & Summer. $500 Fall & Winter.
Deposit must be received within 3 days of booking the reservation. Entire amount of rent for length of stay is due sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival date.
Rates & Reservation Policies
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
Special requirements that will apply during the Spring Break period are: One parent per four people under the age of 25.
A more detailed Reservation Policies form will be mailed with a confirmation letter and must be signed, dated and
returned to address provided.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the house.
